TERMS OF SERVICE
Introduction
The Diversity Visa Program is a United States State Department-administered Immigration Program instituted by US Law. The Program allows natives of eligible countries who qualify to legally emigrate to the United States. Millions from around the world enter the Diversity Visa Lottery annually in the hope of being selected for “further processing” in the Diversity Visa Program.
Considering the intricacies of the Diversity Visa Program, the Diversity Visa Guidance Program has been created to provide relevant services to Diversity Visa entrants and applicants in need. The Program is currently open to ONLY DV-2024 APPLICANTS and DV-2025 Entrants.
Notice
The Diversity Visa Guidance Program is operated in the confines of the rules and regulations governing the Diversity Visa Program, and DOES NOT ‘assist’ entrants and applicants to evade the Diversity Visa Program rules and regulations as expressed in the Program Instructions.
As such, ONLY THOSE who are compliant with the Diversity Visa Program Instructions, but have ‘legitimate problems’ with entering or applying are invited to join.
‘Legitimate problems’ include (but are not limited to):
- Not having relevant knowledge or understanding of, or experience in the Diversity Visa process;
- Not being able to navigate the entry or application process on your own;
- Not having the time to follow the regular twists and turns in the Diversity Visa Program;
- Having pertinent questions and requiring relevant answers;
- Being in need of any form of guidance as a Diversity Visa entrant or applicant;
etc.
Subscription and Service
For a prepaid monthly subscription fee per case as indicated on the JOIN Page of this website, Guidance Program members receive general Diversity Visa guidance as well as guidance related to their entry or application on this platform and by other relevant means.
Additional related services are also available at extra costs.
NOTE: You are free to cancel your Diversity Visa Guidance Program subscription at any time!
Possible Changes to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service may be updated once in a while. As such, kindly review this space periodically for possible changes. Changes are effective once posted on this page.
