Introduction
The Diversity Visa Program is a United States State Department-administered Immigration Program instituted by US Law. The Program allows natives of eligible countries who qualify to legally emigrate to the United States. Millions from around the world enter the Diversity Visa Lottery annually in the hope of being selected for “further processing” in the Diversity Visa Program.
Considering the intricacies of the Diversity Visa Program, the (Diversity Visa) Guidance Program has been created. The Program is intended to provide all kinds of Diversity Visa services to Diversity Visa applicants with legitimate problems*.
Subscription, Services and Refund
The Guidance Program provides Diversity Visa guidance to its members and services to its service receivers for a prepaid service charge (see JOIN Page).
NOTE: The Guidance Program is not in charge of running the Diversity Visa Program, and therefore cannot guarantee that all its members or service receivers will be interviewed or issued Diversity visas. That does not mean that the Program doesn't serve. Indeed, it does!
As a matter of fact, our Guidance Program and Services involve a high level of honesty and sincerity, and work genuinely to ensure success for each member or service receiver. In light of the above, we do not offer refund of subscription fess or service charges. Members have the freedom to cancel their subscription at any time!
Rules and Regulations
In addition, our Guidance Program and Services are not intended to (and do not) ‘assist’ applicants in evading the Diversity Visa Program Instructions. As such, only those who are compliant with the Diversity Visa Program Instructions but have ‘legitimate problems’ are invited. ‘Legitimate problems’ include (but are not limited to):
- Not having relevant knowledge or understanding of, or experience in the Diversity Visa process;
- Not being able to navigate the application process;
- Not having the time to follow the regular twists and turns in the Diversity Visa Program;
- Having pertinent questions/concerns and requiring relevant answers;
- Being in need of any form of guidance (and or relevant services) as a Diversity Visa applicant;
Possible Changes to These Terms of Service
These Terms of Service may be updated once in a while. As such, kindly review this space periodically for possible changes. Changes are effective once posted on this page.
