As a member of the Guidance Program, you now have the means of getting your case-specific issues considered. For as long as your membership lasts, you're free to use this platform to have your questions answered and your concerns addressed.
CASE-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE
Your guidance will not be complete if it's limited to the general aspect of the Diversity Visa Program. In addition to general guidance as presented above, members of the Guidance Program also benefit from case-specific guidance.
ESSENCE
Each Diversity Visa case is different from others. There are instructions that may apply to one case, and not to others because - for example - they are not from to the same region or assigned at the same embassy. They must therefore be approached in different ways. Moreover, one case may have specific issues they need guidance for, that others may not. Hence, the need for case-specific guidance in the Guidance Program.
How to proceed
Case-specific guidance can not be carried out without knowledge of case-specific information. As such, FIRST provide the following pieces of information regarding your case, using the form or email address below:
1. Your country of residence
2. Your country of chargeability
3. Your embassy of interview or indicate if it's an adjustment of status case
4. Your case number / case number range
AND THEN in case you have some case-specific issue(s) you wish to discuss (this doesn't apply to everyone), then make use of one of the same means below to have the issue(s)/preoccupation(s) addressed.
