Please observe the following regulations to ensure a smooth guidance process.

• GUIDANCE PROGRAM TERMS: As noted in our Terms of Service, the Diversity Visa Guidance Program is meant to provide guidance to applicants whose application respects the Instructions of the Diversity Visa Program. As such, it can not solve issues that violate the DV Program Instructions. Moreover, the Guidance Program can not guarantee that all its members will be interviewed or be issued visas. The prevailing situation of the DV Program and the consular or interviewing officer are the ones that determine the outcome of DV cases. As a result, we do not offer refunds to members.

• PROFESSIONALISM AND TIMING: That does not mean that the Guidance Program doesn't serve. Indeed, it does! As a matter of fact (and as you will observe), not only do I maintain a high level of honesty and sincerity in your guidance process, I also put in my best to ensure success for each member. In light of this, please do not try to rush me during your guidance process. I am very conscious of the time factor involved in the Diversity Visa program, and I take it into consideration in the case of EACH MEMBER. So kindly go along with my timing. If you have any objection, I am open to discussion.

• DUTIES AND ENDING OF MEMBERSHIP: In addition, you as a member have duties to perform - duties that only you can perform. So please be proactive in your guidance process (by doing your part as I do mine) in order for our mutual goal (the success of your DV application) to be achieved. And finally, the reality of each member is different from that of others. This means, I can not tell for how long you intend to remain a member of the Guidance Program. As such, you are welcome to end your membership in case you have the need to; or ask me to do so if you can not on your own (for those on automatic payment).
